Thank you for visiting and shopping at Scratch Arts Australia. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
We currently ship Australia-wide using reliable courier partners and Australia Post.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — Flat rate: $14.95
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days — Flat rate: $22.95
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $99 (AUD)
Delivery time estimates are based on metro areas; regional and remote locations may take longer.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
- Standard International: 10–20 business days — Costs calculated at checkout
- Expedited International: 5–10 business days — Costs calculated at checkout
Please note:
- Customs & Import Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- Customs Delays: Shipping times may vary due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery location of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this link to track your order’s delivery status.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Shipment Delays & Lost Packages
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier or postal service disruptions.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at scratcharts.au@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to assist you.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please:
- Check with neighbours or your local post office.
- If still not located, contact us within 30 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist in lodging a claim with the carrier.
P.O. Boxes
We can ship to P.O. Boxes using standard mail services.
Please note: Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.
Peak Periods
During peak times (e.g., Christmas, major sales events), shipping and processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
